ELEGOO Neptune 4 pairs a 225x225x265mm³ /8.85x8.85x10.43 Inches build volume with print speeds reaching 500mm/s. Bed leveling runs automatically across 121 points, and the dual-gear direct extruder heats to 300℃.

Klipper firmware and a fast board

A quiet Klipper motherboard sits alongside an ARM 64-bit 1.5G quad-core processor, which lets ELEGOO Neptune 4 hit up to 500mm/s (250mm/s is the recommended setting). Input shaping and pressure advance are supported for cleaner models, and 8G RAM gives fast printing the storage it needs.

Dual-gear direct extruder

The self-developed dual-gear direct drive extruder runs a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for strong, steady extrusion. A copper-titanium all-metal throat pipe and a dedicated air duct design pull heat away from the throat, which cuts the chance of a clogged nozzle.

300°C high-temp nozzle

With a 300°C nozzle and an extended hot end, filament melts fully and flows evenly even at high speed. PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU all work, and so do high-temperature filaments such as nylon.

Auto bed leveling

The 121 (11x11) point auto bed leveling system levels the build platform quickly and accurately. Hand-twist knobs under the platform handle auxiliary leveling for a solid first layer. A PEI magnetic platform lets you release finished prints with a slight bend.

Cooling and touchscreen

Two thickened double-sided 4015 model cooling fans move plenty of air, and 4x4020 ball bearing blower fans behind the print head cool fresh layers fast — useful when you push the speed. The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen works handheld or fixed to the base, with model preview and pause printing built in.
A 30-bead LED strip on the gantry, plus an LED at the nozzle, lets you watch a print in a dark room.
