Made for speed: Higher fluidity lets RAPID PLA+ melt fast and flow smoothly, so it keeps up with print speeds up to 600mm/s. Jobs finish sooner, and quality doesn't pay for it.
Tough rather than brittle: ELEGOO RAPID PLA+ carries a high flexural modulus and good elongation at break, so it resists cracking. Parts hold their shape better than they would in ordinary PLA.
Layers that bond: Cooling works well and the layers weld together firmly, which suits overhangs and bridges. Surfaces come out smooth, with fewer layer lines in view.
±0.02mm Dimensional Accuracy: Accuracy sits at +/- 0.02mm, with a strict 1.75mm diameter tolerance behind it. That steady outflow lowers the odds of a clogged nozzle.
Neatly wound, less tangle: Each spool is machine wound, then sub-wound a second time and inspected by hand, so the strands lie straight on the reel. Fewer tangles, fewer snaps mid-print.
Dry and vacuum sealed: Filament is fully dried before packing, then sealed with desiccants, which keeps moisture and dust out and limits bubbles or clogs. The spool itself is eco-friendly cardboard — sturdy, and easy to load.
