Composite technology goes into every sheet of our ACF release film, and that keeps it from sticking to the LCD screen and spoiling the release. One side is frosted and the other smooth, so orientation is simple: the frosted side faces the LCD screen.
Chemical resistance, wear resistance and UV stability all come standard here. The film holds up through long exposure to the UV light source without breaking down.
At 0.3mm overall thickness, the release liner resists tearing during printing. That means it lasts through everyday use and keeps its quality over time.
Less release tension on the non-stick surface. Wrinkles, scratches and bubbles don't get in the way, and finished models lift off the film without sticking.
Pair the film with RAPID resin and it supports printing up to 3 times faster, which makes a real difference to throughput. With 92% UV light transmittance, curing is faster and more accurate, so surfaces come out smooth.
